BRUCE W. BARR, AIA ARCHITECT dba Art C. Klein Construction, Inc. |
 |
Bruce Barr and David Hentschel are
employed through Art C. Klein Construction, Inc., operating as Bruce
W. Barr, AIA, Architect. Our relationship with Art is unique in that
although he is our primary employer, we operate as an independent
division, regardless of job status.
The Architectural Division of Art C. Klein Construction Inc. was
originally established in 1981 in response to a specific need for a
selective group of clients, with which Art had developed an on-going
relationship over the years. The Architectural Division grew ever
stronger with the popular trend to use the design/build process for
the construction. This turned out to be the major survival tactic
that pulled us through the lean years of the late 1980s. When we
emerged, we found we had established a reputation as a quality design
team.
Our philosophy is to provide a thorough and complete architectural
service from project conception to completion. Our moral
responsibilities and code of ethics obligate us to serve the best
interest of the client, and above all, life safety issues and
regulations are of paramount importance, regardless of who the
General Contractor is.
